the hotel is very clean. the staff were amazingly helpful and offered restaurant recommendations. the location is very nice for the cathedral, marina, shopping and dining.

i realized we were missing 60€ in my bag at the airport. someone from the hotel took it. this was very disappointing.

the hotel's location was really convenient. it was super close to the cathedral, a detail i appreciated. the staff were also helpful with directions.

my room was quite small, a downside. there was also a weird message i received before arriving that asked for payment via bank transfer. the message promised a 'free gift'.

the location was quite central.

I found the air conditioning poorly regulated. despite setting it to the lowest fan speed, i felt a strong, cold draft directly on the bed. also, noise was a significant issue. I could hear everything from the hallway and the floor above quite clearly. sleep quality suffered because of it.
